My approach to
performance & regulation

Most people try to improve performance only through thinking.

More strategy, more analysis, more discipline, more control.

In high – pressur moments, thinking is not what leads, your state does.

My work focuses on something else:

How your Autonomic Nervous System responds under pressure and what your mind is programmed to.

A core tool I use is breathwork, since the Breath is one of the fastest ways to influence your state, because a simple shift in how you breathe can immediately change your clarity, focus, and presence.

How that works

Understand how your system responds under pressure.

2. Regulation

You learn how to shift your state in real time.

Not by forcing control – 
but by working and directly  influencing with your system.

About Me

My name is Kat Radtke and I support people who want to perform under pressure.

By navigating (inner) challenges and creating real change  — not by pushing harder, but working smarter with the „state“ you are operating from. 

 

As a former professional athlete for decades, I know pressure, expectations and inner tension — and I also know what it takes to recharge  my system and create balance.

 

Breathwork became a turning point for me.

It helped me regulate my nervous system and reconnect to my body in a grounded and efficient way.

 

Today, I combine breathwork, coaching and body-based approaches to create a space for you, where sustainable transformation, clarity, focus and performance can happen.

 

I figured: Life is too rich to get stuck in patterns & emotions — there is always a conscious way to experience them and get back to yourself.
